About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our growing team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. in Dasmarinas City Cavite. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and other accounts
  • Provide support to the accounting team with various administrative tasks
  • Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings
  • Participate in the month-end and year-end closing process
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Thorough understanding of accounting principles and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
