Role Description

The Accounting Staff is responsible for providing general accounting support to ensure accurate recording, reporting, and monitoring of the company's financial transactions. This role involves handling day-to-day bookkeeping, preparing accounting schedules, maintaining financial records, and assisting in compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The Accounting Staff supports the financial operations of the company and ensures alignment with project accounting and corporate standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related course
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in general accounting, ideally within a construction or project-based industry. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with Philippine accounting standards, tax compliance, and BIR regulations
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions and ledgers
  • Assist in project cost monitoring and coordination
  • Prepare bank reconciliations, reports, and accounting schedules
  • Support tax filings (VAT, EWT, ITR) and compliance requirements
  • Assist in payroll entries and coordinate with banks and suppliers
