Qualifications

  • With 1 year experience in manufacturing company
  • Bachelor degree in Accountancy or Business Management or Banking and Finance
  • Knowledge in purchasing/inventory/warehousing process

Job Description

· Ability to source out and negotiate competitive and reliable quality of products to purchase among suppliers

· Coordination/verification with all the concerned departments as to the purchases in preparation of POs and payments

· Timely serve the needs of the materials for production

· Ensure that all the incoming materials are properly accounted for and any discrepancies/damages should be raised immediately to production assistant/general manager

· Daily update of inventory on the use of consumable materials and tools issued and released to workers

· Maintaining of stocks/tools in an orderly manner

· Monthly/Quarterly inventory of stocks/work-in-process of products manufactured

· Errands for any immediate requirement

· Other tasks that may be assigned

· Reporting to Accounting Head and/or to General Manager
