Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and update financial transactions.
  • Maintain and reconcile ledgers, invoices, receipts and other accounting records.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, tax filings, and BIR compliance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of BIR Compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
