AU RTO Administration Officer (Remote)
Background
  • One of our amazing clients (an Australian RTO) is revamping their brand and systems—and they need an admin ace to help make it happen. That's where YOU come in.
About the Role
  • You'll be part of a team keeping documents sharp, systems compliant, and student records audit-ready. This is a work-from-home role supporting Australian operations, ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accuracy, and purpose.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Reformat and update RTO documentation to reflect fresh branding.
  • Create editable PDFs from Word documents.
  • Help bring courses online via a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Audit student files for compliance.
  • Pre-fill and prepare documentation.
  • Suggest and support improvements in processes and materials.
Requirements About YOU
You:

About YOUR Work History
  • 2+ years in an RTO or training environment.
  • Experience with LMS platforms.
  • Confident with Word, Excel, and editable PDFs.
  • Familiarity with RTO compliance is a plus.
