AU RTO Digital VA – Marketing & LMS Support (Remote)

About the Role
  • This role is part digital marketing sidekick, part LMS organizer, and part video-editing ninja (don't worry, just light edits). It's perfect for someone who's early in their career and looking to grow fast in a supportive, online environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Uploading and updating content in Moodle and aXcelerate.
  • Supporting course creation and student resources.
  • Helping with social posts, newsletters, and simple campaign assets.
  • Light video editing (think trimming, subtitles, and basic transitions).
  • General admin, scheduling, file management, and team support.
Requirements About YOU
  • You're a creative, detail-loving digital native who likes variety in your day.
  • You ask smart questions, keep your files tidy, and don't need hand-holding to get things done.
About YOUR Work History
  • You might have supported a team or business before in a VA or junior marketing/admin role. Bonus points if you've dabbled in video editing or helped out with online courses.
