Appraise, train and supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians and other personnel in maintenance, accounting, admin, as well as control and supervise other personnel from contract maintenance and servicesLead the development of the building operational plan and annual budgetProvide regular report to the management company and the building regarding status of the building, utilities and servicesConduct regular meetings with assistants, supervisors and engineers to assure effective and smooth staff communications and designation of worksRecommend for approval for the ordering of supplies, materials, equipment and services ensuring adherence to the approved budgetAssure that all staff members comply with company and building policies and proceduresImplement JLL standards and improvements throughout the buildingMake recommendations to the Real Property Division of the client or client's representative regarding operational and key staffing changesDiscipline staff where necessary within JLL Code of Conduct and the Labor CodeAdminister the lease document between landlord/tenantPerform related duties as assigned by ManagementCANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIAIdeal ExperienceCollege graduate preferably engineering (electrical/mechanical)/property management/business management course or its equivalentWith at least 5 years work experience in facilities, commercial property or hospitality management and related industriesExperienced in financial, vendor, and contract managementSuperior people and client relationship managementProficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint)Fluent in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written)With training of Pollution Control OfficerOther Personal CharacteristicsWell-groomed & mannered and projects professionalismWith good interpersonal skillsDemonstrates integritySelf-motivated; confident & energeticFlexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situationsGoal-oriented - able to focus on meeting all performance targetsStrong communicator - good presentation skills & possesses strong verbal & written communication skills(English & local language); also an active listenerKEY STAKEHOLDERSInternal & External ClientsREPORTING TOHead of Management SolutionsLocation: On-site -Makati, PhilippinesIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
