Job Overview:

Join our Financial Services Account and assist customers with their banking, credit card, loan, or investment-related concerns. As a Financial Account Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring secure, accurate, and customer-friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to financial products and services (e.g., credit cards, loans, account balances, transactions).
  • Provide accurate information and assistance with billing inquiries, payment issues, and account troubleshooting.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Promote relevant financial products or services when applicable.
  • Document all customer interactions in internal systems clearly and accurately.

Qualifications:

    • At least High School Graduate
    • At least 1 yr experience in Call Center
    • Good communication skills
    • Willing to work onsite
    • Salary Range: Php 23,000.00
