About the role

This is a full-time role for a Logistics BPO Agent to join the FIL-STAR MARITIME CORPORATION team in Cebu Central Visayas. As a Logistics BPO Agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and logistics support to the company's clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and other communications to provide information and assistance related to logistics and supply chain operations
  • Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Accurately record and maintain customer data and transaction details in the company's systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns
  • Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve your knowledge and skills

What we're looking for

  • High school graduate with a strong interest in customer service and logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
