About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.'. This full-time position is located in Lapu-Lapu City Cebu and will involve providing virtual customer support.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating relevant databases
  • Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and providing personalised support
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 month of experience in a BPO or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Willingness to start work as soon as possible
