Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Specialist located in Cebu. The Reservation Specialist will be responsible for managing airline reservations, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with clients. The role also includes handling sales inquiries and participating in training programs to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • High School, Senior High School graduate OR Undergrad Completed 2 years / 4 semesters, College graduate with minimum of 6 months BPO Experience is a must
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • With or without Work Experience (with Excellent Communication Skills).
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
  • Willing to work ASAP
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
