Work Setup: On-site, Mondays–Fridays

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist who can handle end-to-end accounting for our manufacturing facilities. This role prepares and analyzes financial statements and management reports, performs month-end closing, and directly supports top management with timely and accurate financial insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare complete financial statements and monthly/quarterly management reports.
  • Perform manual and system-based accounting tasks, ensuring accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and coordinate with auditors.
  • Monitor and track CAPEX projects, including post-project evaluation and reporting.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to management for cost control and process improvements.
  • Travel to factory sites for on-ground financial reviews and audits.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years solid experience in general accounting & financial reporting within manufacturing, plant, or property management industries.
  • Strong skills in manual preparation of financial statements and familiarity with computerized accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong analytical abilities.
  • Comfortable with occasional plant visits (travel allowance provided).
  • CPA is desired but not required
