Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, analyzing key financial metrics, and providing insights to support business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, proficiency in financial reporting, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to management reporting.
  • Collaborate with different teams to gather financial data and ensure report accuracy.
  • Develop and improve financial models to track performance indicators.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through financial data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or management reporting.
  • Experience in manufacturing or factory industry preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and accounting principles (e.g., GAAP/IFRS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
