  • Create happy clients, partners and potential customers by selling products and solutions to meet their needs and address business pain points.
  • Innovate strategies to improve existing solutions tailored-fit to market needs and penetrate target markets.
  • Facilitate business growth through exponential revenue generation.
  • Source potential sales leads and work customer referrals.
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate as needed.
  • Assist in creating and facilitating cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers.
  • Promote products and services.
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
  • Project management in collaboration with other internal departments, especially Account Management/Operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient sales thrusts.
  • Develop business and marketing plans in coordination with the Business Development Head to achieve revenue goals.
  • Innovate existing solutions to tailor-fit clients' needs.
  • Assist in the company's branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and website.
  • Understand the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
  • Research the market for identifying new business opportunities.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
  • Develop creative strategies for client retention, including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
  • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the company.
  • Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.
  • Adhere to and implement all company policies and procedures.
