We're looking for a highly organized and knowledgeable Legal Officer to join our growing international team.

This is a remote, work-from-home position, suited for experienced legal professionals who can guide the company through contracts, compliance, and legal documentation. You'll play a key role in ensuring that our operations follow legal and regulatory standards while protecting the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and maintain company contracts, agreements, and policies
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations
  • Provide legal advice and support to management and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate legal documentation and records
  • Assist in company registrations, compliance reports, and other corporate matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Management, or related field
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience in a similar legal or corporate role
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and computer
