As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing sales deals through remote communication channels. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to prospects to introduce our products/services and generate new leads. Qualify leads and assess their needs, interests, and buying potential through effective questioning and active listening. Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to nurture leads through the sales pipeline. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to potential customers to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation and sales strategies. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally to move them through the sales process. Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and objectives set by the company. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in CRM software. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Background experience in selling copier machines, ERP, or IT solutions is a plus Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers over the phone or through virtual communication channels.
