We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: Take care of the renewal and sales operation. Provide high quality support to our Internal sales team (major account managers, regional account managers, channel account managers). Manage SFDC Management and Cadence. Manage SPR’s & Deal Registration. Manage and retain renewals. Manage renewals through the supply chain Disti > Partner > End user. Proactively plan to ensure a seamless renewal process where services are renewed before expiry. Identify up‑sell opportunities through the renewal process to maximize revenue generation. Lead generation & management. Identify new leads to generate net new labels. Drive direct sales management & ownership of low to mid‑range opportunities. Manage end‑to‑end sales process for low to mid‑range opportunities (new business & renewal). Build Partner and Disti relationships to ensure maximum coverage across deals. Manage personal forecast for sales management on low to mid‑range opportunities. We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in renewal sales. Excellent positive attitude and teamwork spirit. Excellent English communications internally, corporation‑wide and externally. Familiar with Fortinet’s products and services preferred.
