We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and grow the inside sales team for one of our Australia-based clients. This role is focused on driving outbound sales across Australia and New Zealand and will be based in the Philippines . The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven success in telesales/inside sales , with a solid understanding of the AU/NZ market, and the ability to build and sustain a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Managing, developing, and motivating a team of Inside Sales Representatives. Implementing effective outbound strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer engagement and sales performance. Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights, reporting, and performance management. Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to deliver on individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement outbound sales strategies tailored to the AU/NZ market. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to senior management. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members. Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews to maximize productivity. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or outbound sales. At least 2+ years in a leadership/management role , with a track record of leading successful sales teams. Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand B2B market . Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Strong analytical and reporting skills ; proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite. Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
