The Business System Administrator is required to support the Salesforce Manager on systems and level 1 Salesforce support. The Business System Administrator is accountable to maintain high levels of, and enhance, the business system experience resulting in highly satisfied & engaged internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide level 1-2 support to end-users regarding system-related issues.
· Configure and maintain business systems as required
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed.
· Perform system upgrades and installations as required.
· Monitor data quality and system utilisation/adoption and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with internal teams to implement new technology solutions and enhance existing systems.
· Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Train end-users on new systems and software applications
· Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
· Building relationships with internal stakeholders
Skills Required:
· Proven experience in systems support role or similar position.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions.
· 1-2 years' Salesforce Admin experience using Sales & Service Cloud
· Experience managing tickets using Jira
· Assist in implementation and maintenance of IT systems (Salesforce, Intercom, etc)
· Experience in business system training, system documentation, training manual and user guides
· Experience managing / translating large amounts of data from various business systems
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated and organised with an ability to prioritise
· Excellent active listening skills with strong attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills
· Ability to research, extract and understand relevant data
