System Admin (Salesforce/Other CRM) - Morning Shift/Cebu City
The Business System Administrator is required to support the Salesforce Manager on systems and level 1 Salesforce support. The Business System Administrator is accountable to maintain high levels of, and enhance, the business system experience resulting in highly satisfied & engaged internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Provide level 1-2 support to end-users regarding system-related issues.
- Configure and maintain business systems as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner, escalating issues as needed.
- Perform system upgrades and installations as required.
- Monitor data quality and system utilisation/adoption and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new technology solutions and enhance existing systems.
- Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Train end-users on new systems and software applications
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders
- Proven experience in systems support role or similar position.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions.
- 1-2 years' Salesforce Admin experience using Sales & Service Cloud
- Experience managing tickets using Jira
- Assist in implementation and maintenance of IT systems (Salesforce, Intercom, etc)
- Experience in business system training, system documentation, training manual and user guides
- Experience managing / translating large amounts of data from various business systems
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and organised with an ability to prioritise
- Excellent active listening skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to research, extract and understand relevant data
- SaaS/Fintech experience
- Sales commission management
