Job Summary:
The HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support in the day-to-day functions of the HR Department. The role assists in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, records management, and compliance with company policies and government regulations. The position also supports the documentation and organizational requirements related to ISO preparation and certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in posting job advertisements, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support pre-employment requirements processing.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Employee Records & Documentation
Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases.
- Prepare and organize HR-related documents (contracts, certifications, memos, etc.).
Ensure confidentiality and proper safekeeping of records.
Timekeeping & Attendance
Monitor employee attendance and leaves.
- Coordinate with Payroll for accurate reporting.
Assist in filing and tracking leave requests.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Provide support in implementing company rules, policies, and disciplinary actions.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities.
Address employee concerns in coordination with the HR Officer/Manager.
Benefits Administration
Assist in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
Support enrollment and updating of employees in company-provided benefits.
ISO Documentation Support
Prepare and assist in the documentation required for ISO audits and certification.
- Maintain and update HR-related ISO records, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure HR processes comply with ISO standards and requirements.
Coordinate with the ISO team for submission and safekeeping of HR-related ISO files.
Compliance & General HR Support
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Assist in report preparation and internal/external audits.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent course.
- With at least 1 year of experience in a generalist role or exposure to HR administrative functions.
- Pleasant personality, with strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
- With good work ethics and ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other work tools.
- Must be amenable to work on-site from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and on Saturdays if needed.

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
