Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions, including scorecards,breakdowns, and time-series visualizations.

Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to monitorperformance and support business objectives.

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gapswithin various ServiceNow modules.

Define and set up thresholds, targets, and alerts to provide real-time visibilityand predictive forecasts.

Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to capturerequirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure data integrity, governance, and adherence tobest practices for scalability and accuracy.

Communicate findings and recommendations to various levels ofmanagement through reports and presentations.

Troubleshoot data and configuration issues to ensure theongoing reliability of performance measurement tools.
