Overview:

We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to lead our ServiceNow Portfolio initiatives You'll help streamline workflows, enhance user experiences, and ensure the platform operates efficiently—all while collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance the ServiceNow SPM platform (intake forms, dashboards, reporting, etc.)
  • Optimize project intake, demand management, and KPI tracking processes
  • Provide accurate portfolio data for strategic planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with IT PMO, business leaders, and technical teams
  • Deliver training, user support, and accurate analytics/reporting
  • Partner with Finance for accurate labor and operational reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years experience with ServiceNow (SPM, ITSM, Service Catalog)
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps, Power BI, Smartsheet, Salesforce
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience supporting cross-functional and executive teams
  • Willing to work night shift and flexible hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
