We are looking for a ServiceNow Performance Analytics professional who can transform raw ITSM data into actionable insights that support business and IT decision-making. This role will design, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow dashboards, scorecards, and performance analytics solutions to help leaders track KPIs, forecast performance, and identify opportunities for process improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions (scorecards, breakdowns, time-series visualizations).
  • Build dashboards and interactive reports to track KPIs and align with organizational goals.
  • Perform data analysis and visualization to detect trends, gaps, and opportunities across ServiceNow modules.
  • Define and configure thresholds, targets, and alerts for proactive monitoring and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with process owners, business analysts, and IT teams to capture requirements and deliver accurate insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices for scalability and reliability.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
  • Troubleshoot data or configuration issues to maintain the reliability of performance measurement tools.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules (non-negotiable).
  • Skilled in reporting and dashboard creation; experience with Power BI or Data Lake is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis, visualization, and KPI development.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
