  • Knows how to drive vehicle

  • Atleast 2-3yrs experience related to architectural design, content creator, and sales
  • Effective and fluent communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Willing to work mon to saturday
  • Know how to use autocad, sketchup, ms office, render apps, soc media accounts
  • Can handle multiple tasks
  • Willing to locate in BGC and rove in showrooms

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software
  • Knowledge of construction materials, cost estimates, and bidding
  • Skilled in creating designs, presentations, and proposals

Sales & Client Engagement:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experienced in lead generation, client meetings, and sales pitches
  • Good network in construction or real estate industry

Other:

  • Creative, goal-driven, and team-oriented
  • Willing to travel for client visits and site inspections
