Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Designing involvement from Pre-Design Stage to Construction Stage .
  • Review and analyze drawing plans and work process from Design Consultant.
  • Oversee project from inception to completion with commitment to high quality standards.
  • Prepares Construction Drawings, Design Drawings and detailing.
  • Prepares detailed presentation.
  • Coordinate all Architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of the project drawings and materials as well as execute detailed work progress.
  • Liaise with business units, consultants.
  • Deals with all levels of the organization and with various project teams.
  • Coordinated & developed CAD drawings from input provided by A/E Team & Owners.
  • Coordinated with Engineers, Consultants and Contractors to ensure the constructability and effectiveness of the Designs.
  • Developed & prepared progress reports outlining the various phases of the projects from design to construction.
  • Assisted and coordinated the project's activities and the tasks of the Lead Architect.
  • Drafted and produced Construction Documents for new and existing Residential Projects

Work scope:

  • Draft plans and detailed drawings used for structures, installations, or other construction projects.
  • Review and revise rough sketches, drawings, designs, specifications, and other relevant data given by civil engineers to ensure that they apply and conform to design concepts.
  • Assist in the preparation of Concept Development for prospective properties for acquisition.
  • Design management for Architecture, Engineering and other allied Services.
  • Technical coordination during planning and construction.
  • Thorough review of plans, site inspections and preparation of report for the findings

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be from Architectural Firm/Design Consultant Firm.
  • With experience minimum 2-3 years solid experience.
  • With experience in architectural and civil works for residential and/or property real estate.
  • Proficient in Autocad, Knowledge in the preparation of Computer-Aided 3D Perspectives (3D Max, Sketch-up and other rendering software, with knowledge on REVIT and BIM software is an advantage.
  • Must be keen to details and Designing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adept in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with various project teams.
  • Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
  • 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Willing to start asap

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
