JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong background in design and building materials to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This is a strategic leadership role that involves working closely with the design and marketing departments to align sales initiatives with our overall business goals.
KEY RESPOSIBILITIES
· Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and assess customer needs.
· Manage and lead the sales team to consistently deliver strong results.
· Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
· Conduct product and sales training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
· Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
· Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
· Establish and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, architects, designers, developers, and other key clients.
· Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
· Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
· Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
· Collaborate with the design team to understand product features and innovations.
· Provide market and client feedback to support product development and improvement.
· Lead negotiations for high-value contracts and strategic projects.
· Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions.
· Oversee payment collections and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
· Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management.
· Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role (experience in building materials, construction, or design is a plus)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City
- Willing to start ASAP
