Training and Development Officer

As a Training & Development Officer, you'll be responsible of the following:
- Assess training needs across teams and recommend relevant learning interventions.
- Design, coordinate, and facilitate learning programs, including onboarding, soft skills, and leadership development.
- Maintain accurate training records and assist in evaluating program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance gaps and implement targeted development plans.
- Support performance management cycles by assisting in evaluations and providing coaching resources.
- Ensure integration of learning initiatives with career growth and succession planning strategies.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of documentation related to employee relations and training.
- Support in compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align people strategies with business needs.
- Assist in special HR projects and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
