Sales Officer

· Assists the Branch Head in implementing marketing strategies to attain deposit growth and profitability targets of the branch;
· Conducts applicable activities of the sales management process from prospecting, qualifying, sales or product presentation, and negotiation, with the ultimate objective of closing the sale;
· Conducts product presentations or product briefings for prospective or existing clients;
· Cross-sellers and up-sells bank products and services to existing clients to maximize customer engagement;
· Conducts telemarketing activities daily for prospective clients;
· Ensures prompt and accurate response to customer concerns and complete resolution of issues or customers complaints;
· Gathers feedback and suggestions from clients on matters relating to bank products and services. Relays this information to BH and units concerned to ensure competitiveness and improve services to ensure customer satisfaction; and
· Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the BH with the concurrence of the Cluster/Region Head or the BBD Head.
