Job Summary:

Responsible for promoting and selling Kubota agricultural machines (tractors, harvesters, implements, and other farm equipment) to farmers, cooperatives, dealers, and agribusiness clients. Ensures achievement of sales targets by providing excellent product knowledge, building strong customer relationships, and delivering solutions that meet the agricultural needs of clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Promote and sell Kubota agricultural machines and equipment within the assigned territory.

· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and orientations to prospective clients.

· Identify potential customers through field visits, market research, and networking.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts in line with company policies.

· Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure smooth delivery, pre-delivery inspection (PDI), and registration of sold units.

· Provide aftersales support by assisting clients with service, warranty, and parts requirements.

· Maintain strong relationships with customers, cooperatives, and agricultural institutions.

· Participate in trade fairs, exhibits, farm demos, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust sales approach.

· Submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.

· Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with credit terms.

· Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

· At least 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, or automotive industry).

· Knowledge of farming practices and agricultural machinery is a strong advantage.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Self-driven, results-oriented, and willing to do extensive fieldwork in agricultural areas.

· With valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
