ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess and review applications from various channels and conduct preliminary assessment through application screening and phone interviews.
- Attend and assist in job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Prepare reports and maintain applicant information in a database.
- Keep track of applicant movements until hiring of successful candidates.
- Endorse and coordinate interview schedules and gather interview feedback from the Customer Service Directors or Project Managers.
- Conduct candidate sourcing for IT and non-IT posts with the ability to meet deadlines for line-ups.
- Monitor step-by-step recruiting process implementation.
- Other related functions that may be assigned as needed.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field
- At least 1 year experience in Recruitment
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
