ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assess and review applications from various channels and conduct preliminary assessment through application screening and phone interviews.
  • Attend and assist in job fairs and other recruiting events.
  • Prepare reports and maintain applicant information in a database.
  • Keep track of applicant movements until hiring of successful candidates.
  • Endorse and coordinate interview schedules and gather interview feedback from the Customer Service Directors or Project Managers.
  • Conduct candidate sourcing for IT and non-IT posts with the ability to meet deadlines for line-ups.
  • Monitor step-by-step recruiting process implementation.
  • Other related functions that may be assigned as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in Recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months
