Drayage Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and coordinate container dryage operations to ensure timely collection and delivery of containers.
• Ensure on-time delivery by optimizing routes and complying with industry regulations and requirements (USA).
• Interact effectively with drivers, port services, warehouses and customers.
• Track container movement and update statuses in the dispatching system in real time.
• Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve operational issues including delays, equipment shortages and driver inquiries.
• Track and manage downtime, demurrage and other charges to minimize them.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on operations and performance indicators.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in freight forwarding or as a container dispatcher in the USA, Australia or Canada.
• Deep knowledge of port operations, container logistics and transport legislation (USA).
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in English at level C1/C2.
• Experience with dispatching software and the Microsoft Office package.
• Active, self-organized team player.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early shifts and weekends when needed.

Working conditions:

• Full-time remote. Zoom attendance required.
• Monday – Friday (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST)

Pay: From Php50,000.00 per month
