Dispatch Associate

Below are some job details:

• Work Schedule: Sunday to Friday 8:00 PM - 7:00 AM Philippine Time (Sunday to Friday 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time)_ 6-day workweek._
• Probation: 3 months.

Salary: ₱55,000 to ₱82,000 per month.

• Dispatch E1 Level - ₱55,000 per month
• Dispatch E2 Level - ₱63,000 per month
• Dispatch E3 Level - ₱71,500 per month
• Dispatch E4 Level - ₱82,000 per month

Leave Benefits:

Sick Leave: 3 paid sick leave days per year.

Vacation Leave:

• Employees with less than 3 years of service: 4 days per year
• Employees with 3 to less than 5 years of service: 7 days per year
• Employees with 5 or more years of service: 12 days per year

Holidays: 6 paid holidays per year, following California state holidays.

We are looking for a Dispatch Associate working remotely (strong preference for those living in the Manila metro area) with the following qualifications:

• MUST be computer savvy, with strong experience in PCs and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update job requests received via phone, email, or the internet.
• Assist with scheduling services, coordinating appointments, and dispatching drivers for shipments and returns.
• Support domestic and international shipping processes, including exports.
• Handle out-of-state dispatch tasks and provide gate schedules.
• Perform yard and equipment checks, ensuring accurate inventory for containers and chassis.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Additional Notes:

• Team-oriented and quick to learn new processes.
• Previous dispatch experience is a plus but not required; industrial specifics will be trained.

Note: Applicants should be aware that we monitor employees via video during work hours, so having a webcam is necessary.

Your performance will be evaluated monthly, and pay will be adjusted accordingly if you meet expectations during the first 6 months.
