Admin Property Supervisor

Job Description
- Task Management: Delegate responsibilities based on team strengths and operational needs, optimizing manpower allocation. Schedule and assign tasks to technicians and security. Oversee performance, handle concerns, and ensure safety compliance.
- Team Supervision: Oversee daily operations across maintenance and security teams, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Conduct regular team briefings to communicate goals, updates, and address concerns.
- Request Management: Oversee Lead Man in maintenance and coordinate with Admin Assistant regarding service requests.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Perform regular property inspections to maintain adherence to quality and safety standards. Monitor compliance with company policies, SLAs, and local regulations in all areas of operations.
- Vendor & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance. Track permits, service schedules, job orders, and maintenance records.
- Client Support & Communication: Assist Property Manager in addressing clients or employee inquiries and requests that will result in resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Resources and Performance Management: Monitor and manage resource utilization, including equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness. Assist Property Manager in tracking team's performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training or development programs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and submit performance reports to the Property Manager, detailing key metrics such as task completion rates, SLA compliance, and team utilization.
- Additional Support: Complete additional tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing teams, resolving operational issues, and meeting performance targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and supplies.
- Familiarity with office operations, facility management and procedures.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff
- Ability to create detailed reports, correspondence, and presentations.
