DMCI Homes Property Management, Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is currently looking for an Accounting Supervisor. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DPMC.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management, or other similar courses
  • Must have at least 5 years experience in general accounting
  • Must be holding a senior level position for at least 4 years
  • Preferably with work experience from a real estate or property management company
  • Must be knowledgeable with the use of IPAS accounting system
  • Must be familiar with accounting-related reports and deadlines (e.g., tax payments, BIR reports. etc.)
  • Must be diligent and persistent
  • Must be capable to multitask
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Bangkal, Makati City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and ensure that the accounting-related deliverables of the assigned property sites are delivered timely and with quality
  • Ensure that reports such as, but not limited to, financial reports, tax reports, bank reconciliation reports, etc. are prepared timely and accurately
  • Analyze and interpret financial-related data and provide recommendations to the management as needed
  • Review and approve payments for utilities, service providers, taxes, LGU payables, etc.
  • Ensure compliance of property sites to all accounting-related standards, protocols, and reports
