  • Reviews project evaluation reports for the accreditation of identified projects of developers.
  • Takes full responsibility in approving valuation of appraised collateral in the reports within the authorized single approval limit.
  • Ensures timely update of the appraisal database system.
  • May conduct field appraisal inspection of collateral properties and do all appraisal related activities to arrive at a reliable and fair property valuation.
  • Resolves or recommends solutions to issues regarding appraisal- e.g., decides on final property valuation in cases of varying appraisal opinions
  • Ensures fast and accurate delivery of appraisal reports within the set TAT.
  • Ensures that all processes made are in accordance with established Bank policies, credit requirements, and that the required TAT are met.
  • Ensures that the guidelines and procedures in appraisal are strictly complied
  • Directly responsible in addressing the queries, requirements, & concerns of internal clients within the desired TAT.

Ø Attend seminars and training programs related to the job.

Ø May conducts seminars & lectures on the Appraisal process.
