Functional Overview:

The Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations and performance of the assigned team. This role involves overseeing tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring operational efficiency while fostering a collaborative and goal-driven work environment. The Team Leader also serves as the main point of contact between the team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow alignment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Task Management: Allocate and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality and productivity standards.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and coordinate or design training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Resource Management: Schedule shifts, manage leaves, and ensure adequate coverage during absences.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and mediate disputes promptly while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously review and improve operational workflows and procedures.
  • Recruitment Support: Collaborate with HR in screening and selecting suitable candidates for the team.
  • Motivation & Engagement: Set clear goals, provide feedback, and inspire team members to achieve optimal performance.
  • Delegation: Assign responsibilities effectively to maximize efficiency and ownership.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and make sound decisions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build relationships and manage conflict effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic leadership with the ability to motivate and support team members.
  • Time Management: Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent at planning, monitoring progress, and keeping the team focused on goals.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate
  • At least 5 years of accumulated team management or leadership experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe applications
  • Background in handling financial campaigns or Australian broking firms
  • Experience using AOL (ApplyOnline) and BrokerEngine or MyCRM platforms

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH Time

Work Setup: Remote (Once a month onsite meeting only)
