- Oversees and controls the day-to-day running of the Facilities Management Department
- Take responsibility for quality control of staff performance to ensure that top-quality services are provided to Clients and that Clients' expectations are met.
- Take responsibility for the quality and accuracy of all relevant documentation to Clients and ensure that these are in requested formats.
- Prepares and submit needed reports for Senior Facilities Coordinator in timely and regular manner.
- Oversees schedule for Admin Team.
- Performs reports of management as needed. Includes invoice monitoring.
- Set up a system for regular inspection of the efficiency and effectiveness of all management operations, procedures and systems with the team to ensure a high level of Client satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients. Responds to problems in a tactful and expedient manner.
- Attends client meetings for facilities matter.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
