The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.

Responsibilities

  • The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure efficient processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet business objectives
  • Handling of Data Management
  • Checking of quotations for Purchase Order
  • Overseeing of Warehouse inventories
  • Monitoring of all transactions in Purchasing
  • Monitoring of Deliveries and Installations
  • Warehouse Transaction and monitoring
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
  • Other reasonable assigned duties related to good faith belief for this position and company related business

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Team Leadership skills
  • Supply Chain Management and Inventory Control experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations and quality control processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
