Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the overall operations of Camox Philippines Inc., ensuring efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals. This role is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of all operational functions, including recruitment operations, administrative support, client servicing, compliance, and staff management. The position plays a key role in driving organizational excellence and operational growth in support of the company's international recruitment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of Camox Philippines Inc. to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
· Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards.
· Streamline internal processes to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
· Coordinate with international branches and management teams to align local operations with global business objectives.
- Recruitment and Deployment Oversight
· Supervise recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of candidates to clients abroad.
· Monitor compliance with POEA regulations and ensure all recruitment activities adhere to Philippine labor laws and company standards.
· Ensure documentation, deployment, and after-care services are executed efficiently and professionally.
- Administrative and Financial Coordination
· Supervise administrative functions such as office management, procurement, and logistics.
· Work closely with Finance to monitor budgets, operational expenditures, and profitability.
· Ensure accurate and timely reporting of operational performance metrics and financial updates to management.
- Team Leadership and Development
· Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
· Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs to enhance employee performance and engagement.
· Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations
· Maintain strong communication and coordination with international clients, principals, and government agencies.
· Support business development efforts through efficient operational systems and high service standards.
· Ensure high client satisfaction through consistent delivery of quality manpower and services.
- Compliance and Risk Management
· Ensure full compliance with POEA, DOLE, and other relevant government regulations.
· Implement and monitor company policies on ethics, data privacy, and health and safety.
· Identify potential risks in operations and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the recruitment or manpower industry.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
· In-depth understanding of POEA processes, overseas recruitment operations, and government compliance.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and management software tools.
· High integrity, professionalism, and results-driven mindset.
