Responsibilities

1.
Invoice and Sales Documentation Management

  • Prepare, issue, and send invoices to customers based on sales documents, delivery quantities, selling prices, and other related information in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • Verify the accuracy and validity of documents before recording them in the accounting system.
  • Manage the e-invoicing software and ensure timely issuance of VAT invoices in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Perform invoice cancellation, adjustment, or replacement transactions as required by law.
  • Prepare periodic reports on invoice usage and other related reports as requested.

Accounts Receivable Management

  • Monitor and manage customer receivables, keeping detailed records of outstanding balances, payment terms, and collection status per customer and transaction.
  • Record customer payments and perform regular account reconciliations.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and propose appropriate collection actions when necessary.

3. Sales and Revenue Reporting

  • Prepare regular sales, revenue, gross profit, and accounts receivable reports to track financial performance and sales operations.
  • Consolidate and analyze sales data to support management in decision-making.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant

4. Other

  • Coordinate with the warehouse department to conduct inventory checks and reconciliations and update actual stock data in the management system.
  • Record business transactions related to production and sales activities in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Participate in periodic inventory counts and reconcile accounting records with physical data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, especially transaction recording processes related to revenue, accounts receivable, invoicing, and inventory movements.
  • Clear understanding of the sales process — from order creation and delivery to payment collection and customer receivables monitoring.
  • Knowledgeable in taxation, e-invoicing, and sales-related regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • 2+ years of accounting/finance experience as Sales & AR Accountant.

Working location: Quezon city

Working Time: 9am-6pm (Monday to Saturday)
