Role Overview

The

Account Executive (AE)

plays a pivotal role in driving OakTech Systems' sales growth by identifying, engaging, and closing clients within the capital markets and financial technology sectors. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional who excels in consultative B2B selling and thrives in a performance-based environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development:

Proactively identify and engage potential clients. Present and promote OakTech's technology solutions to decision-makers, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Research and target new opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals. Use AI-powered tools and CRMs like GoHighLevel to manage leads.
- Client Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships, conduct product demos, negotiate deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking:

Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and optimize sales tactics to meet or exceed targets.

Collaboration and Strategy
  • Work closely with the SDR team to qualify and prioritize leads.
  • Partner with marketing to align messaging and outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff post-sale.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to refine pricing and proposal frameworks.
What We're Looking For

Experience and Knowledge

  • Proven B2B sales experience in

tech, financial services, or capital markets

.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and productivity tools (GoHighLevel, Asana, Microsoft Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales pipeline.
