Responsibilities
Strategy Implementation
Execute organizational and team strategies and policies.
Assist in planning the expansion of the customer base.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, including key figures, top spenders and guilds.
Ensuring mutual understanding, preferences, and needs. - Provide comprehensive support to all clients.
Customer Acquisition:
Identify and acquire new clients.
Expand market reach and foster collaborative opportunities.
Provide ongoing support for new customer groups.
Sales Performance:
Achieve sales unit key performance indicators (KPIs).
Separated to group and individual KPIs.
Project Development:
Develop and propose projects that can be intergrated with clients.
Present innovative ideas and create products for clients.
Operational Reporting:
Report on operational results for each section and submit reports directly to the supervising manager.
Documentation and Negotiation:
Prepare presentations, quotations, and essential operational documents. Engage in negotiations and client discussions.
Client Visits: Plan and conduct visits to various clients.
Meeting Management: Understand and convey meeting agenda effectively to the team.
Pressure Management: Handle pressure effectively from clients and partners.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of a third language is a plus and will be considered favorably.
Special Considerations Influencer Management: Knowledge in managing influencers will be given special consideration.
Negotiation and Sales Skills: Experience in negotiation, sales, or customer service will be valued.
Sales and Account Experience: Prior experience in sales or as an account executive will be advantageous.
Online Gaming Knowledge: Familiarity with online games will also be an added advantage.
