Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Strategic Pitching

  • Target Identification: Conduct in-depth research to pinpoint ideal prospective clients across key sectors (e-commerce, local businesses, B2B) who are ready for advanced digital marketing strategies.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact with C-level executives and key decision-makers to introduce our comprehensive service portfolio (SEO, Social Media, Web Development, etc.).
  • Needs Assessment & Solutioning: Lead discovery calls to diagnose client challenges, then develop and deliver compelling, customized digital marketing proposals that directly address their growth obstacles.
  • Pitch Management: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, guiding new clients smoothly from initial pitch acceptance through contract negotiation and final onboarding.

2. Relationship Management & Growth

  • Trusted Partnership: Cultivate genuine, high-value relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor.
  • Internal Collaboration: Serve as the crucial link between the client and our internal delivery teams (SEO, Content, Design) to ensure every promised solution is flawlessly executed and client expectations are exceeded.
  • Account Expansion: Proactively check in with current partners to assess satisfaction, identify new needs, and explore opportunities for additional service adoption and revenue growth.

3. Sales Strategy & Industry Insight

  • Pipeline Mastery: Maintain rigorous tracking of all client interactions, pitches, and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) to ensure a healthy and predictable sales pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay constantly informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies to ensure our pitches remain cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Team Contribution: Actively participate in sales and strategy meetings, contributing insights on client demand and market feedback to help shape the agency's future service offerings and growth targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales or Account Management role with a proven track record of successful client acquisition. Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or B2B tech sales is highly preferred.
  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional ability to articulate complex marketing concepts into clear, value-driven pitches and proposals for business owners and executives.
  • Digital Fluency: Strong working knowledge of core digital marketing channels (SEO, Paid Media, Web Design) and demonstrable comfort using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines.
  • Mindset: A true solution-finder who thrives on the challenge of developing and pitching winning strategies, coupled with a highly organized and results-oriented attitude.
