About Packworks

Packworks is a Philippine-based startup transforming the sari-sari store industry through a scalable, accessible, and data-driven platform. We're looking for a proactive, goal-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding Packworks' presence in the market.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to support business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business initiatives.
  • Support the business development team in achieving sales and partnership targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Preferred: Experience in tech/software sales
  • Resides in the Greater Manila Area and willing to travel for client meetings.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
