Service Engineer

Work Details:

  • Work Locations: Metro Manila | Southern Tagalog | Region 01 | Cebu
  • Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite | Field Work
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Regular working hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Technical Supervisor
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machines
  • Perform alignment, calibration, quality control, checking, and testing of machines prior to delivery
  • Evaluate machines to ensure they are fully functional and operational
  • Conduct machine orientations, demonstrations, and actual runs with clients and customers
  • Prepare and submit reports and documentation related to daily technical activities
  • Be "on call" to address urgent client concerns beyond regular working hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ensure timely service delivery and uphold high-quality technical standards

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), BS Electronics Engineering, or a related vocational engineering course with diagnostic field experience
  • (Applicants with or without a PRC license are welcome to apply)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong skills in machine troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Patient, hardworking, flexible, and willing to learn
  • Adaptable to change and able to work under pressure
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physically fit and willing to travel or be assigned nationwide
  • Willing to work beyond regular office hours, including weekends and holidays, when needed
