About the role

Asia's Best Industrial Sales Corp' is seeking a talented Small Engine Mechanic to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of small engines, including those used in power tools, lawn mowers, and other equipment. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our customers' equipment is operating at peak performance.

What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and repair issues with small engines, such as portable generators,motorcycles and other power tools
  2. Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on small engines to keep them running efficiently
  3. Test and inspect engines to identify problems and determine the best course of action
  4. Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair details and recommendations
  5. Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest small engine technology and repair techniques
  7. Conduct monthly Preventive Maintenance of Service Motorcycles

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a small engine mechanic or related field
  2. Thorough understanding of the mechanics and troubleshooting of small engines
  3. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and repair specifications
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and repair complex issues
  5. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  6. Commitment to providing high-quality work and outstanding customer service
  7. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
