Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain customised solutions within multiple customer Salesforce orgs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Sales and Service Clouds, and be passionate about developing scalable, high-performing Salesforce applications that meet business needs.

In this role, developers own solutions end-to-end. You're not just a cog in a large delivery machine — you get to work directly with multiple client orgs, build full-stack Salesforce solutions, and see them deployed and working in live customer environments. This is true end-to-end development with visible, meaningful outcomes.

There is scope to transition into a functional consulting role over time for those interested in working more directly with clients — we actively support and encourage that pathway.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customise, and optimise Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Lightning App Builder, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Deliver tailored solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, plus others.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs to ensure smooth and secure data exchange.
  • Configure and maintain Lightning Flows, validation rules, and user/security settings.
  • Conduct code reviews, debug and troubleshoot system issues, and implement performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
  • Apply best practices for Salesforce development to ensure scalable and maintainable outcomes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and make recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools (Lightning Flows, validation rules).
  • Familiarity with roles, profiles, permission sets, and other security settings.
  • Salesforce certification required - Developer or Consultant certification acceptable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate with internal and external teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
