Job Description

Critical Work Functions & Key Tasks

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.

  • Development: Design and build marketing solutions, including email templates, landing pages, and dynamic content using technologies like HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
  • Automation: Configure and manage automation workflows, journeys, and cloud pages to improve customer engagement.
  • Integration: Build and maintain integrations with external data sources and the Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless data flow. Knowledgeable in working with relational database in relation to target base preparation that satisfies campaign criteria.
  • Data Management: Manage audience segmentation and subscriber data to deliver personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor solutions, troubleshoot and resolve issues like data errors or automation failures, and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support: Provides support to campaign management by making sure that the desired campaign journey of the campaign owner(s) is (are) reflected in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with excellent communication skills, liaising with stakeholders and gather requirements, estimate development efforts, and align task with business goals.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and the Marketing Cloud's proprietary scripting language, AMPscript.
  • Marketing Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of various Marketing Cloud functionalities, including Journey Builder, Contact Model, and APIs.
  • API Knowledge: Familiarity with Marketing Cloud APIs, including key REST API endpoints and their use cases.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within the Marketing Cloud platform.
  • Collaboration: Working effectively with marketing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Certification

The Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer (is a plus but not required)

Other Details:

Contractual : 3 months

Work Location: Work From Home

Work schedule :Day-shift

Salary Offer: up to 87,000 + 3,000 NTA (TBD)

Can start ASAP

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php60, Php90,000.00 per month
