Key Areas of Responsibility
- Handling Phone Calls
- Handling Emails and Chats
- Communicating with the warehouse team regarding package statuses
- Answering General Inquiries about the service offerings
- Resolving any issues that come up
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-year Customer Service Experience
- Solid work-from-home setup with good connection, including headset
- eCommerce experience is an asset
WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM EST. (Minimum of 40 hours per week)
